Please make sure you are 15 minutes prior the booking time for the briefing!

Anyone who is later than 5 minutes after booking time we will have to take time off your experience.

We are based in 1 Piccadilly, Stoke-on-Trent, ST1 1DB

Tickets are non-refundable once bought. You can reschedule if the Escape Stoke team is notified more than 48 hours prior too the booking time. If you wish to reschedule less than 48 hours prior to the booking time there is a extra charge of 50% of the total booking price.

ESCAPE STOKE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE UPON BOOKING AND/OR PAYMENT THE PURCHASER ACKNOWLEDGES ACCEPTANCE, WITHOUT EXCEPTION, OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE:

1. PRICES

1.1 Prices listed by Escape Stoke are in Pounds Sterling's including taxes and are for sixty (60) minutes of game play.

1.2 Other services not included in the initial booking price may be invoiced to the Purchaser in addition to booking prices.

1.3 Escape Stoke reserves the right to modify booking and other prices at any time.

2. BOOKINGS

2.1 Bookings are processed in real time and the Purchaser will be immediately debited.

2.2 Bookings are subject to availability and will not be final until receipt of a confirmation email from Escape Stoke specifying a unique order number, date and time of booking which permits access to Escape Stoke games.

2.3 Bookings cannot be refunded or exchanged without the agreement of Escape Stoke.

2.4 We recommend a minimum age of 10 for participants. Anyone aged between 10 and 16 must be accompanied by an adult playing the game with the adult also paying. Players aged 16 and over can play by themselves.

3. METHOD AND SECURITY OF PAYMENT

3.1 Escape Stoke has entrusted its payment system to a specialist in online payment security.

3.2 Escape Stoke will only accept payment by credit/debit card.

4. PERSONAL DATA

4.1 By booking the Purchaser consents to the use of personal data necessary to process the booking.

4.2 Escape Stoke does not retain any customer credit card information.

4.3 Escape Stoke undertakes to not to divulge information to third parties except upon request by a judicial authority or other administrative authority empowered by law to request the communication of this information.

5. INTERNAL REGULATIONS AT ESCAPE STOKE

5.1 Purchasers are required to sign acknowledgement of consent to the use of CCTV cameras for game management and security.

5.2 The nature, order and arrangement of the purchased game is at the discretion of Escape Stoke, including any modification to the purchased game.

5.3 The Purchaser accepts that Escape Stoke games, components and puzzles are confidential. It is strictly prohibited to take pictures, film or to record all or part of the game. Any full or partial disclosure or publication by the Purchaser to any third party will give rise to an action by Escape Stoke against the Purchaser.

5.4 Escape Stoke declines all responsibility for any damages to objects belonging to customers which have not been deposited at the reception desk area reserved for this purpose.

5.5 Escape Stoke is entitled to charge customers for any vandalism related damage while within the venue of Stoke or while participating in the game.

5.6 We do not allow anyone who is under the influence of drugs or alcohol to play any of our rooms!
